Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mindfulness is learning to pay attention to your life so that you feel more focused and connected inside and out!
Mindfulness is a systematic way to cultivate a calm mind, an open heart and to build an internal shock absorption system for mind and body distress.
