Jon Kabat-Zinn is a professor of medicine emeritus and founding director of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program in the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and the author of many books, including the best-selling Full Catastrophe Living and Coming to our Senses.
