Through experiential and reflective exercises participants will learn new ways of gaining self-trust that help weave a path towards wholeness and equanimity.
Classes are offered on a dana/donation basis with a suggested sliding scale of  $10-$30. No one turned away due to lack of funds.
Street parking it typically available, plus extra parking is occasionally in the back of our building.
We are 2.5 blocks from the #101 Octavia exit.
- Public Transportation: Located right off several MUNI bus/trolley lines: 6, 71 and F, all of which run along Market Street. Plus, we are a short distance from the Van Ness MUNI underground station. For those taking BART, exit at Civic Center Station.
- Parking: Street parking consists of day time metered spots and some 2 hour parking. Within 5 minutes and blocks away for inexpensive all day parking.

 unresolved traumatic anxiety along with offering grief and spiritual 
counseling support.  Rik leads the weekly Tuesday evening meditation at
