Radio feature by Rebecca Plevin from the weekly program "Valley Edition" -- aired December 24, 2013 on NPR affiliate KVPR.   Plevin visited one Central California high school with a club that is helping teens relax and process life issues. Groups of the sort aren’t new, but the Sunnyside Meditation Club is one of the first in the region. Lori Granger is quoted in the feature, and assisted in facilitating film screenings that increased awareness about the benefits of mindfulness for students.
